As a SAP FICO Business Analyst, you align business strategy with necessary changes, bridge gaps between stakeholders, and translate goals into actionable initiatives. You manage requirements, testing, implementation, and continuous improvements to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Impact Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into actionable initiatives.
- Convert business requirements into high-level IT specifications for further detailing by functional analysts.
- Conduct impact analyses on processes, organizations, and applications, and evaluate potential SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
- Assess the impact of phasing out existing ICT solutions and migrating to SAP S/4 HANA on the business architecture.
- Translate strategic business changes into concrete projects, maintaining a broad overview of ongoing and future changes.
- Promote best practices within the business architecture team.
Change Management Champion:
- Lead project management efforts when feasible, ensuring efficient delivery of projects.
- Oversee the translation of business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Drive the change management process, engaging with change managers and end users for a smooth implementation.
- Lead testing phases to prepare for the acceptance of new or updated ICT applications and solutions.
- Prepare and provide end-user documentation to facilitate easy adoption of new systems.
- Build strong technical knowledge of applications within your domain to serve as a key internal stakeholder for SAP FI/CO and FI/CA experts.
Your Profile:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
- Proficient in ICT and business process analysis methods, with deep knowledge of critical business processes.
- Strategic thinker with a conceptual mindset and a keen eye for opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to suggesting improvements.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Pragmatic, proactive, and customer-focused with a results-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in Dutch or French with a good command of English.
