Vacancy 

Experis is op zoek naar een IT Service Desk Agent voor één van zijn klant gevestigd in Brussel (momenteel homeworking).

 

Verantwoordelijkheden:

 

Als eerste taak heeft de IT Service Desk Agent te verzorgen van interne collega’s (2000 medewerkers). Dat is de Call Intake. Deze calls handelen voornamelijk over technische aspecten van hun werkplek (desktop, laptop, telefonie, toegangsrechten op files en applicaties, reset paswoorden, office applicaties, …).

Naast de Call Intake moet de IT Service Desk Agent ook 75% van de ontvangen calls direct in eerste lijn support kunnen oplossen aan de telefoon.

Naast die taken, wordt ook de uitvoering van bepaalde standaard aanvragen (Service Requests) door deze IT Service Desk Agent uitgevoerd. 

Profiel

 

Diploma en ervaring

  • Academic bachelor in IT of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimum 1 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.

 

Talen

  • Vlot in Frans of in het Nederlands met een zeer goede kennis van de tweede nationale taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).

 

Vaardigheden

  • Basis kennis van technische Workplace aspecten is noodzakelijk (MS Office, MS Windows7, Active Directory)
  • Basis principes van tablets en smartphones. 
  • De omgang met de gebruikers zelf is heel belangrijk. De persoon moet over de juiste skills beschikken om de gebruikers te helpen in moeilijke omstandigheden. Dat betekent concreet:
    • Je bent gedreven, communicatief, empathisch en hulpvaardig.
    • Je bent bereid ten allen tijde de eindgebruiker op een constructieve manier bij te staan.
