CRM and Data Specialist

Main tasks and responsibilities:
– Understand every employee’s needs and translate them into clear processes and best practices
– Act as Key user and main point of contact for local end-users
– Train and guide every end-user in the use of the CRM system
– Manage data quality
– Manage the entire process from testing and implementation to Go-Live
– Provide guidance for strategic decisions based on your contacts with
end-users and collected technical data
– Ensure continuous documentation of processes
– Work in collaboration with various internal departments
Profile of the ideal candidate:
Hard skills:
Education:
Ideally, at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent by experience.
Professional experience:
At least 1 up to 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Technical skills:
– Ideally, a (very) good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
– Experience with dashboarding and / or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Language skills:
French, Dutch and English: a very good knowledge, both spoken and written.
Soft skills:
– Strong team spirit and collaboration
– Communicative and good listener
– Talent for training and guiding end-users, while showing patience
towards them
– Able to motivate and convince people
– Resourceful, with a sense of initiative
– Quality-, result- and solution-oriented
– An analytical mind
– Organized and structured with a good time and priority management
– Able to work both as part of a team and independently
– Flexible and able to adapt quickly
– Intellectually curious and keen to learn new things all the time
