OneTrust Cookie Settings

We use OneTrust on our websites to manage your cookie preferences and settings. You can change your settings at any time using the following button:

When you visit our websites (“Websites”), we may automatically collect information through means as cookies, web beacons and web server logs. The information we may collect in this manner includes IP address, unique device identifier (udid), information about the browser, device, operating system used, language preferences, referring URLs, information about actions taken on our Website, date and time of visits to our Websites, and other user statistics.

A “cookie” is a file that websites send to the user’s computer or other Internet-connected device to identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser.

A “web beacon,” also known as an “internet tag,” “pixel tag” or “clear GIF,” refers Web pages to Web servers and their cookies, and is used to send the information collected by cookies back to a Web server. The use of such automatic collection methods provides us with so-called “clickstream data,” a record of the links and other content a visitor clicks on when visiting a Web site.

Our Websites use the following types of cookies:

(a) Technical cookies (functional cookies).

These types of cookies are necessary for purely technical reasons in order to visit our Websites. Because of the technical necessity, only an information requirement applies, and these cookies are set as soon as you visit the Website.

b) Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies give us more insight into how well the website is performing. If the data remains anonymous, we do not need consent to place these cookies.

c) Tracking cookies

Tracking cookies are designed to create a profile of an Internet user. These cookies are temporarily placed on your device subject to your consent and track your browsing habits across different websites.

These can be first-party cookies (cookies from the website you visit when you accept the cookie browser) or third-party cookies (cookies from third parties, such as advertisers). This allows organizations or advertisers to show you personalized ads at a later time.

How we collect information through cookies

When you click through our Websites, a report of actions taken is collected and stored. We link certain data elements we have collected, such as information about your browser, with other information we have about you, so that, for example, we can see what language preference you have and adjust it the next time you visit our Websites.

Your browser will give you the option of not allowing the use of cookies, but you may then not be able to use all of the features of our Websites. To the extent required by applicable law, we will ask for your consent before we collect personal information from you via cookies or similar tracking mechanisms, this depends on the type of cookies.

Third parties that provide apps, tools, widgets and plug-ins, such as tools to share information on social media, on our Websites may collect information about your use of those features. Such information is collected directly by the providers of those features. This is subject to the privacy policies of those providers. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, ManpowerGroup is not liable for the handling of information by those providers.

To the extent required by applicable law, we will seek your consent before collecting information about you through the use of cookies or similar tracking mechanisms.

For what do we use the information we collect for?

We use the information obtained through cookies, web beacons, pixels, web server logs for:

(i) tailoring our Websites for our users;

(ii) delivering content tailored to our users’ interests and how our users use our Website; and

(iii) managing our Websites and other aspects of our business.

Links to Third Party Websites, Apps and Services.
