Nous recherchons un Consultant SAP FICO Senior pour assurer la mise en œuvre de la digitalisation des solutions métiers dans le domaine des finances. Configuration et Paramétrage :

  • Configurer le module SAP FICO selon les besoins métiers.
  • Assurer le support fonctionnel quotidien, résoudre les incidents et dysfonctionnements.
  • Effectuer des tests fonctionnels et d’intégration.
  • Rédiger des scénarios de tests et garantir la qualité des solutions livrées.
  • Accompagner la définition des cas d’utilisation (use cases) et des scénarios de tests.
  • Mettre à jour la documentation fonctionnelle et technique.

Support et Maintenance :

  • Offrir un support post-implémentation et garantir la bonne marche du système SAP FICO.
  • Proposer des améliorations continues pour optimiser les processus existants.

Formation et Transfert de Connaissances :

  • Former les utilisateurs finaux et les équipes finances sur les nouveaux processus SAP.

Profil Recherché :

Formation :

  • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion, ingénierie ou domaine connexe, ou équivalent par expérience.

Expérience :

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en tant que consultant SAP FICO, avec une solide expérience en implémentation et gestion de projets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment & Design: Evaluate the customer's current ClearPass design and implementation.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop a technical design document and a migration strategy in collaboration with our consultants.
  • Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Deployment: Set up an initial PoC environment to demonstrate ClearPass’s main features.
  • Configuration & Planning: Create a switch configuration golden template, a test and acceptance plan, and a detailed migration runbook.
  • Migration Pilot Execution: Lead a migration pilot, handling the transition of various device types within one of the customer’s buildings.
  • Support & Aftercare: Provide support during the migration and subsequent aftercare for the remaining two buildings.
  • OnGuard Endpoint Protection: Design, develop a PoC, and implement the ClearPass OnGuard endpoint protection solution.
  • AAA Profiles Migration: Create a technical design, set up a PoC, and execute a pilot for migrating administrative Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) profiles from the Pulse-based NAC solution to Aruba ClearPass.

Required Skills:

  • Network Expertise: Strong overall network background, specifically in Network Access Controls (NAC).
  • Aruba Solutions Experience: Hands-on experience with Aruba Networking solutions.
  • ClearPass Proficiency: Expertise in Aruba ClearPass design and implementation, with proven hands-on experience.
  • Migration Project Experience: Experience in managing migration projects to Aruba ClearPass solutions.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden? 

Als IT Field Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding en field installaties van de netwerkinfrastructuur bij zowel on- en offshore klanten. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit een aantal gevarieerde activiteiten: 

–    Bouwen van server/ICT racks 
–    Installeren van switches, servers, CCTV, 4G/5G, access control, etc.
–    Configureren voor CCTV, access control en public address
–    Voorzien van gestructureerde bekabelingsnetwerken zoals ethernet en fiber optic
–    Uittekenen van elektrische en fiber optic geleidingen m.b.v. e-plan en Autocad
–    Optimaliseren van bestaande bekabeling
–    Installatiehandleidingen opstellen
–    Technische documentatie voorzien in voorbereiding van de installaties

Jouw profiel?

De IT Field Engineer beschik je over een 5-tal jaar ervaring als field engineer in telecommunicatie. Daarnaast heb je een sterke kennis van telecommunicatietechnieken en kan je vlot werken met Autocad en/of e-plan. Verder ben je communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels. Je werkt resultaat- en klantgericht en kan taken vlot organiseren. Tot slot ben je bereid om buitenlandse verplaatsingen te doen en ben je niet zee- en luchtziek.

If you have a strong foundation in SAP S4Hana MM, a certification (or willingness to obtain one) in Coupa administration, and a drive to excel in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Support and Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the go-to support for users of the Coupa solution, working closely with various stakeholders across the Procurement department (including buyers, management, and control teams), internal clients (requestors, validators, management), and ICT colleagues.

  • Business Integration Coordination: Provide ongoing communication and follow-up on business requests, ensuring smooth integration with our ICT colleagues for SAP MM setup.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate both regular and ad hoc reports for Procurement management, providing insights and data to support decision-making.

  • SAP MM Community Support: Work alongside an experienced colleague to assist the SAP MM community, addressing questions and finding innovative solutions to challenges.

  • Innovation and Strategy: Contribute to strategic initiatives such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Net Zero by exploring opportunities within SAP MM and the new Coupa solution.

  • Control Implementation: Help implement new procurement controls (e.g., anti-fraud measures, internal procedures) in collaboration with the internal audit team.

What We're Looking For:
