Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Senior Tester Engineer?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en maken van testscenario’s (zowel manuele als automation testing), zodoende dat de software die wordt opgeleverd steeds kwalitatief is.

Naast het uitvoeren van tests, introduceer of update je het testframework indien nodig. Je zal ook tests uitvoeren voor zowel nieuwe projecten en bestaande applicaties, steeds met het oog op de testkwaliteit te behouden en te verbeteren.
Je zal vervolgens ook testresultaten analyseren en indien nodig zal je jouw opmerkingen documenteren en verder opvolgen.

Om jouw werk te doen, zal je samenwerken met jouw collega’s zoals developers, operations, projectleiders, enz. Wanneer het nodig zou zijn, zal je op afstand ondersteuning geven aan installateurs bij de klant.

Daarnaast zal je ook meehelpen aan het versterken van de teststrategie binnen jouw team;

 

 

Ben jij de Senior Test Engineer die wij zoeken?

 

Must have:

  • Je hebt Min.5 jaar of meer ervaring als Automation tester
  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master in IT zoals Bv.: Computerwetenschappen of Techniek of kan dit gelijkstellen aan ervaring.
  • Je begrijpt en spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels (is belangrijk voor een vlotte samenwerking met jouw collega’s
  • Je kan jezelf beschrijven als een écht teamplayer en gaat graag mee samen met de collega’s naar after works (bv.: iets gezellig samen gaan drinken, eten of iets ander).

 

Nice to have (is een pluspunt):

  • Zijn de volgende tools zijn jou niet onbekend: Selenium, ReadyAPI, JMeter, Cucumber, Jenkins en GIT? Super! Dan is dit mooi extra meegenomen!
  • Indien je ook nog kennis hebt van C# en SQL is dit ook een surplus (geen must)
  • Indien je een ISTQB–certificaat in bezit hebt, is dit ook een surplus (geen must)
  • Heb je daarnaast nog een kennis van de gezondheidssector, is dit een extra meerwaarde, maar is geen vereiste.
