Breng terugkerende problemen in kaart en werk proactief aan oplossingen.
Draag bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de Servicedesk en stel procesverbeteringen voor.
Coacht en begeleidt minder ervaren collega’s (afhankelijk van je eigen expertise).
Profiel:
Een diploma op graduaats- of bachelorniveau, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
Sterk in teamwerk en het helpen van gebruikers met technische problemen.
Proactief en in staat om problemen onder de aandacht te brengen voordat ze gemeld worden.
Ervaring met ticketingsystemen om prioriteiten te stellen en efficiënt te werken.
Vlotte communicatie in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
Kennis van Microsoft Windows, MacOS (Linux is een plus), mobiele apparaten (Android/iOS), en applicaties zoals Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint en Teams.
Basiskennis van ITIL v3 of 4 is een plus.
Ervaring met ServiceNow, Active Directory of netwerken is een plus.
