Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bied operationele eerstelijnsondersteuning aan voor systemen zoals Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, smartphones, printers, Wi-Fi en andere interne software.
  • Escaleer incidenten die niet opgelost kunnen worden naar de tweede- of derdelijnsteams of externe leveranciers.
  • Voer on-site interventies uit en lever nieuwe hardware bij gebruikers.
  • Beheer de voorraad, bestellingen en ICT-inventaris (CMDB).
  • Zorg voor documentatie zoals standaardprocedures en –antwoorden.
  • Breng terugkerende problemen in kaart en werk proactief aan oplossingen.
  • Draag bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de Servicedesk en stel procesverbeteringen voor.
  • Coacht en begeleidt minder ervaren collega’s (afhankelijk van je eigen expertise).

Profiel:

  • Een diploma op graduaats- of bachelorniveau, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Sterk in teamwerk en het helpen van gebruikers met technische problemen.
  • Proactief en in staat om problemen onder de aandacht te brengen voordat ze gemeld worden.
  • Ervaring met ticketingsystemen om prioriteiten te stellen en efficiënt te werken.
  • Vlotte communicatie in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Windows, MacOS (Linux is een plus), mobiele apparaten (Android/iOS), en applicaties zoals Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint en Teams.
  • Basiskennis van ITIL v3 of 4 is een plus.
  • Ervaring met ServiceNow, Active Directory of netwerken is een plus.
