SAP FI-CO Functional Analyst

Main tasks and responsibilities:
1) Identifying, understanding and gathering business needs.
2) Managing the functional analysis for the development or modification of applications in the areas inherent to the Finance and Customer departments (mainly SAP).
3) Contributing actively to the development and support of the FI-CO, FI-CA and SD modules of SAP, by managing effectively and appropriately :
– financial and invoicing processes ;
– the maintenance and configuration of the FI-CO, FI-CA and SD modules of SAP ;
– interfaces (Mulesoft, Idocs and web services);
– master data (customers, suppliers, business partners, general accounts, etc.);
– interactions with other SAP modules;
– interactions with third-party applications (Salesforce, Arco, etc.).
4) Estimating the burden and cost of changes.
5) Assessing the impact of the changes on the existing system.
6) Guaranteeing service continuity and the maintainability of the solutions provided.
7) Continuously updating reference documentation.
8) Drawing up test plans, supervising tests, controlling quality and ensuring deployment.
9) Taking part in the management (resolution and follow-up) of second-line support incidents.
10) Taking an active part in projects involving changes to the SAP FI-CO, FI-CA and SD modules.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
Hard skills:
Education:
Ideally, at least a Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
Professional experience:
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Technical skills:
Previous experience in:
– maintenance and configuration of SAP FI-CO and/or FI-CA modules (SD is a plus).
– integration with other SAP modules (MM, PS, HR, I-SU).
– debugging.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
Language skills:
– French and Dutch: a very good knowledge of one of these two languages and at least a good passive knowledge of the other.
– English: Ideally at least a good knowledge of the technical language, both spoken and written.
