As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and understanding business processes, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Functional Specification Development:
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of specifications.
Solution Design and Documentation:
Design effective and efficient solutions that align with business goals.
Create comprehensive documentation for all functional aspects, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of solutions.
Provide ongoing support and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of implemented solutions.
Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new functionalities.
Address and resolve any user-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of either French or Dutch.

Wat we zoeken:
Bachelor- of masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde, economie, informatica of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als business analyst.
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe gegevens te interpreteren.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Ervaring met tools voor gegevensanalyse en visualisatie is een pluspunt.

Your focus will predominantly be on contract staffing, specifically freelancers and consultants within our payroll. Next to this you will develop existing clients and be responsible for your contractor portfolio management. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and approach new clients, nurturing relationships to foster trust and loyalty.

Drive the recruitment team by setting correct priorities on each vacancy.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Offer guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience and keep close contact with your contractors active within your client portfolio.
Prepare and negotiate contract terms, closing deals effectively.
Candidate Profile: Technical Skills:
Preferably hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales roles, preferably within the IT industry.
Basic understanding or affinity for information technology.
Fluent in Dutch, proficiency in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
Non-Technical Skills:
