Experis is looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a dynamic team and contribute to strategic projects, with a strong focus on security, performance, and technological innovation. The ideal candidate will be autonomous, solution-oriented, and capable of effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Optimization: Build robust and high-performing applications using Java 17.
- Development Environment Management: Proficiently use IntelliJ, Git/BitBucket, and Maven to ensure a smooth and efficient development workflow.
- Testing and Code Quality: Write reliable unit tests using JUnit and AssertJ to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability.
- Design and Delivery: Design comprehensive technical solutions and drive them end-to-end until delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, the product owner, and testers. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives).
- Security and Performance: Apply best practices in security and performance optimization across all development tasks.
Required Technical Skills:
- Java 17: Advanced expertise with 4–5 years of professional experience.
- Git/BitBucket: Professional-level proficiency (4–5 years).
- Maven: Strong experience (4–5 years).
- JUnit/AssertJ: Extensive knowledge and professional application (4–5 years).
Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Knowledge of OSGI.
- Familiarity with React.
