Business Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join the team of our client in Antwerp, Belgium. This role is a full-time position requiring on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week. The position is for a duration of 6 months, starting on January 6, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Understand, gather, and analyze end-user needs to translate them into effective IT solutions.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents detailing flow exchanges between corporate applications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and design projects, ensuring technical implementation aligns with requirements.
- Set clear objectives and milestones for project development.
- Monitor and manage anomalies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform solution testing and support end-users during the functional test phase.
- Draft detailed functional specifications, including implementation constraints.
- Facilitate the implementation of IT solutions and provide comprehensive documentation for change management purposes.
- Effectively communicate insights, plans, and recommendations to cross-functional team members and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
