Experis is seeking a Solution Lead who will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, coupled with excellent communication skills, to gather, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights. The Solution Lead will work closely with stakeholders, guiding them through the adoption of new data concepts such as data ownership, data stewardship, and lifecycle management, while ensuring effective technical assessments and risk identification.

This hybrid role requires both business acumen and technical expertise, combining the responsibilities of an analyst and a citizen developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Analysis & Solution Development:

    • Understand and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
    • Propose and implement solutions that align with business requirements.
    • Develop analytics dashboards using Power BI, with primary data sources from SAP and SharePoint.
    • Design and build the data landscape underpinning the analytics dashboards.
    • Write technical documentation to facilitate handovers and ensure tool maintenance.
    • Manage the backlog of development activities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  2. Data Management:

    • Define and implement data management processes, including identification, collection, maintenance, and disposal.
    • Develop tools and processes for generating and managing data.
    • Guide stakeholders in adopting new approaches to data management and governance.
  3. Collaboration & Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT stakeholders (e.g., IT Engineering, Infrastructure, and Patient Supply).
    • Support the Project Core Team in defining and setting up Enterprise Asset Management.
    • Lead discussions and provide demos to stakeholders on developed tools and dashboards.
    • Collaborate with Data Experts to investigate and validate data.
  4. Technical Support:

    • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards and tools to support decision-making.
    • Manage access rights for dashboards and tools.
    • Ensure a seamless handover of tools and dashboards once standardized.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with proven expertise in data analytics, SAP analysis, and problem-solving.
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
    • Basic coding skills (e.g., VBA, PowerApps).
    • General understanding of data analytics and business process workflows.
    • Familiarity with SharePoint as a data source.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical language for diverse audiences.
    • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage stress in high-pressure environments.
    • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Languages:

    • Fluency in French is mandatory (spoken and written).
    • Basic proficiency in English is required for technical documentation.
