Jouw verantwoordelijkheden? 

Als Solutions Architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van complexe IT-behoeften naar gestructureerde en veilige oplossingen. Je werkt in een multidisciplinaire context en speelt een sleutelrol in het uittekenen en realiseren van robuuste IT-architecturen binnen CSS-projecten.
• Analyseren van de noden van interne stakeholders en klanten, en vertaalt deze naar doordachte technische architecturen
• Ontwerpen van IT-oplossingen die beantwoorden aan hoge vereisten op het vlak van functionaliteit, schaalbaarheid, beveiliging en performantie
• Begeleiden van de volledige implementatie van oplossingen, inclusief testing en validatie
• Onderhouden van contacten met externe partners en leveranciers om optimale oplossingen te waarborgen
• Op de hoogte blijven van relevante technologische ontwikkelingen binnen CSS en past deze toe waar mogelijk

Jouw profiel?

Als Solutions Architect combineer je een sterk analytisch vermogen met technische diepgang en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma in informatica of een gelijkaardige technische richting
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een rol als IT Architect, bij voorkeur binnen industriële of kritieke sectoren
• Je bent vertrouwd met CCTV & PAGA-systemen, Axisoplossingen en het opstellen van een Bill of Material (BOM)
• Je bent proactief, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
• Je kan vlot schakelen tussen diverse stakeholders, zowel technisch als niet-technisch
• Je bent een teamgerichte professional die zelfstandig en flexibel functioneert in een internationale context

Your Profile:

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).

  • Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales, ideally in the IT sector.

  • Basic understanding or strong interest in information technology.

  • Fluent in Dutch OR French, with strong proficiency in English and passive knowledge of the other national language.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Diplomatic, empathetic, and commercially astute.

  • Customer and candidate-oriented mindset with a strong drive for excellence.
