Program/Project Manager – Manufacturing IT
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Program/Project Manager with experience in complex environments such as logistics, aerospace, chemicals, or automotive industries for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT project requirements within the Research and Development (R&D) department.

Initiate IT projects, establish governance structures, and assemble project teams.

Lead the planning, execution, and management of IT projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with R&D specifications.

Prioritize quality, efficiency, cost, delivery, and security throughout project lifecycles.

Develop persuasive business cases for project funding based on cost-benefit analysis when necessary.

Maintain a strong understanding of IT principles, including architecture, networks, and cybersecurity.

Ensure seamless communication and reporting to management, internal customers, and key stakeholders.

Facilitate problem-solving efforts within project teams, identifying key issues, root causes, and developing mitigation strategies.
Required Competencies and Skills:

Strong IT knowledge (Architecture, Networks, Databases, Cybersecurity, etc.).

Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Expertise in project management methodologies (SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall).

Familiarity with modern IT technologies, including cloud computing, software development, computer systems, and networks.

Work Experience and Background:

3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
