Your Responsibilities:
Research and Collaboration:
Serve as a key communicator and active listener, consulting with stakeholders to define software requirements and identify gaps in current systems.
Collaborate with end-users, department managers, and executives to establish needs and specify functionalities for improved performance.
Market Analysis and Documentation:
Conduct comparative analyses of software packages on the market to identify the best fit for organizational needs, considering constraints like budget and compliance.
Develop clear, detailed documentation, including reports, presentations, flowcharts, and graphs.
Build and maintain relationships with software vendors to influence and understand their product roadmaps.
Presentation and Stakeholder Communication:
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
Translate technical details into business-friendly language and address questions from decision-makers and end-users.
Implementation Support and Evaluation:
Play a vital role during and after the implementation of selected software solutions, providing support and resolving challenges.
Evaluate the system post-implementation and prepare user manuals or instructional materials if necessary.
Your Profile:
A degree in Computer Science (Master's or Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
Strong ICT knowledge with a solid background in application management and data analysis.
Proven experience in IT, ideally in a similar role.
Familiarity with procurement and financial software is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in one of the national languages (Dutch or French) and proficiency in English; mastery of both national languages is a plus.
Valid driver's license (Category B).

What you'll be doing:
Collaborating with Stakeholders: You will be the bridge between data needs and effective solutions, working closely with key stakeholders to understand their reporting challenges. By engaging with end users and department leaders, you’ll gather valuable insights to determine the functionalities needed in a reporting tool that will drive productivity and streamline operations.
Designing Reporting Tools: With your deep understanding of the needs and requirements, you'll develop intuitive, powerful reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Dremio. Your goal is to transform complex data into visually engaging and easily understandable reports that make decision-making smoother and more efficient.
Ongoing Support and Training: Once the tool is live, you will support its successful implementation and integration into daily operations. You’ll assist users with any questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear documentation and training materials. Your efforts will ensure that the tool is adopted smoothly and becomes a valuable asset for the team.
What we’re looking for:
A degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with a strong foundation in ICT.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or SQL is highly desirable, though junior candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
A keen eye for data accuracy and a genuine passion for transforming numbers into valuable insights.
Proficiency in one of the national languages (Dutch or French) with strong English communication skills. Knowledge of both national languages is a plus.
A valid driver’s license (B).
