Functional Analyst – Digital Banking
We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst to join a digital banking environment focused on online and mobile banking solutions.
Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Write functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Testers
• Support development and testing activities
• Manage documentation and backlog items
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst
• Experience with digital banking, payments, cards, onboarding, or KYC processes
• Strong knowledge of UML/BPMN, SQL, REST APIs, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience working in Agile environments
• French or Dutch speaker with a good level of English
Nice to Have
• Experience with mobile banking applications
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and Java environments
