Role Description
We are looking for a R&D Tools Support Specialist to join an experienced and dedicated support team responsible for maintaining and enhancing an internal web-based R&D platform used by technical and research teams.
This position is open to candidates working as a freelancer or on a consulting payroll basis, offering flexibility while remaining embedded in a long-term, stable technical environment.
In this role, you will act as a key technical point of contact, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the tool. You will combine hands-on technical support with a consultative approach, working closely with internal stakeholders to analyze needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain an internal R&D web platform

Candidate Profile
You are a hands-on technical specialist with experience supporting and maintaining web-based or internal technical tools, ideally within an engineering or R&D-driven environment.
The ideal candidate brings:
- Very good professional proficiency in English
- Good working knowledge of Dutch
- Experience in technical support, tooling, or internal platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic mindset
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with technical teams
- High level of initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn
