Your Responsibilities:
As a 360 IT Business Consultant, your primary mission is to manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing new clients to successfully placing candidates. In essence, you will be the key to achieving the perfect match between clients and candidates. Your main focus will be on permanent staffing.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and approach new clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

Conduct in-depth analyses of clients’ recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Strategically publish job postings to attract qualified candidates.

Use various sourcing channels, including internal databases, social media, and job boards.

Screen potential candidates through thorough interviews and assessments.

Present shortlisted candidates to clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations.

Support and advise both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.

Prepare and negotiate contract terms to successfully close deals.

Continuously update and expand candidate databases to ensure a robust talent pool.
Your Profile:
Technical Skills:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
-
Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales, ideally in the IT sector.

Basic understanding or strong interest in information technology.

Fluent in Dutch OR French, with strong proficiency in English and passive knowledge of the other national language.

Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
