Your Responsibilities:
As an IT Business Consultant, your primary goal will be to develop our client portfolio while identifying top talent with the support of Experis’ recruitment team. Your focus will be on contract staffing, specifically freelancers and consultants, while also managing and expanding existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and approach new clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

Conduct in-depth analyses of clients’ recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Set recruitment priorities and guide the recruitment team effectively.

Present shortlisted candidates to clients, offering strategic recommendations.

Support and advise both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain regular communication with clients and consultants under contract to ensure a seamless experience.

Prepare and negotiate contract terms to successfully close deals.
Your Profile:
Technical Skills:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).

Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales, ideally in the IT sector.

Basic understanding or strong interest in information technology.

Fluent in French or Dutch, with strong proficiency in English. Passive knowledge of the other national language is a plus.
