About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expert to strengthen our team. In this key role, you’ll drive IAM, access control, and security programs, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.
Your Mission
As a Senior IAM Expert, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of identity and access solutions, aligning them with AXA’s security directives. Your expertise will ensure the integrity, security, and performance of our IAM processes.
Your Responsibilities
🔹 Act as a subject matter expert, guiding the organization through IAM and security programs.
🔹 Manage cross-functional tasks, including architecture design, project coordination, IT engineering, budget management (FinOps), server capacity studies, and documentation updates (Atlassian Confluence).
🔹 Collaborate with key stakeholders – Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Vendors, Interdepartmental SPOCs, and Offshore Teams.
🔹 Oversee IAM tool evolution, ensuring quick delivery of patches, updates, and enhancements.
🔹 Lead end-to-end project execution and provide progress reports to senior management.
🔹 Mentor junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed.
🔹 Act as a key point of contact (Gatekeeper), promoting and sharing relevant insights to support decision-making.
🔹 Facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams and departments to reinforce expertise in IAM.
Your Profile
✅ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT.
✅ Solution-Oriented: Strong logical skills to assess and resolve complex queries.
✅ Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, define execution plans, and coordinate stakeholders.
✅ Autonomous & Innovative: Quick learner with a leadership mindset, capable of working independently and thinking outside the box.
✅ Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
Technical Skills
⚙ IAM & Architecture Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ.
⚙ Identity Provider (IdP) Solutions: Familiarity with platforms like Ping Identity.
⚙ Technical Proficiency:
- Operating Systems: Linux, Windows
- Databases: SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Application Servers: Tomcat
- Access Management: Active Directory, LDAP
⚙ Cloud Environments: AWS, Azure
⚙ Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical mindset to define process guidelines and conduct follow-up reviews.
