Java – Angular Architect
We are seeking a seasoned Java – Angular Architect to join our development teams and collaborate on projects assigned by our customers. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills, guiding Java developers in task allocation, code reviews, and fostering a culture of high-quality software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Java developers, defining and distributing tasks effectively.
- Organize and conduct code review sessions to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance existing applications and design architectures for new developments.
- Understand business needs and establish a coherent architectural vision across diverse business domains.
- Collaborate seamlessly with existing teams, ensuring smooth integration and productive teamwork.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Java EE: Minimum 10 years of experience.
- RDBMS, SQL, JPA: Minimum 10 years of experience.
- WS REST: Minimum 8 years of experience.
- OAuth Security: Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Angular: Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Spring Framework: Minimum 5 years of experience.
Additional Skills:
- Strong abstraction skills to analyze complex systems and design innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to understand business needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in either French or Dutch is required, with a working knowledge of the second national language.
