As a UX Designer, you’ll work closely with the team to craft solutions that truly resonate with users.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Ideation Workshops: Inspire creativity by preparing and leading engaging brainstorming sessions.
- Design and Prototype: Translate ideas into compelling wireframes and prototypes, from low to high fidelity.
- Conduct User Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze user testing to refine and validate designs.
- Ensure Governance: Define and enforce UX design standards and best practices.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with team leads and project managers to ensure smooth project progression.
What We're Looking For
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UX design, research, and analysis roles.
- Agile Expertise: Comfortable operating in Agile frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders in complex organizational settings.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in designing for both web and mobile platforms, with strong knowledge of Figma and Material Design principles.
- Design Systems: Hands-on experience with standard design systems/toolkits for Android (and iOS).
- Workshop Facilitation: Experience in organizing and leading workshops is an advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with service design or S/4HANA-Fiori.
