We are looking for an experienced Network Designer/Architect to contribute to a major network evolution project. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in transitioning an existing Juniper-based Hub & Spoke network to an advanced Juniper SD-WAN infrastructure using SSR routers. You will work closely with a design team to convert high-level architecture into a detailed technical design, ensuring a smooth migration and a resilient network setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the migration of an existing Juniper Hub & Spoke network to a Juniper SD-WAN setup with SSR routers.
- Collaborate with other designers to translate high-level architecture into a detailed design plan.
- Conduct testing of the solution within a Design Testbed environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation.
- Provide technical support to qualification and operations teams during the testing and deployment phases.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and best practices.
Skills Required:
- Cloud Setup: Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud-based network environments.
- Juniper SD-WAN: At least 4 years of experience in designing and implementing Juniper SD-WAN solutions.
- Juniper SSR Routers: 4 years of hands-on experience with Juniper SSR routers.
- Juniper SVR Routing: 4 years of experience with Juniper SVR routing protocols and configurations.
- Documentation: 5 years of experience in producing technical documentation and design specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in network design and SD-WAN, with a focus on Juniper technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant networking certifications (e.g., Juniper JNCIA, JNCIS) are advantageous.
