Experis is looking for a Senior React/.NET Developer to join a team responsible for developing and maintaining a complex competence management system. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders, contributing to the digitalization and automation of key operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS with a micro-frontend architecture.
- Design and implement .NET Core Web APIs, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Build and optimize REST APIs following best practices.
- Work with Azure DevOps and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Manage and optimize databases using MS SQL Server 2022+, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ.
- Apply software design patterns such as MVC and MVVM to ensure clean architecture.
- Collaborate with team members, conduct code reviews, and contribute to improving development practices.
- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
Technical Skills Required
- ReactJS – Minimum 5+ years of experience
- .NET Core Web API – Minimum 3+ years of experience
- C# – Expert level proficiency
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture
- Strong understanding of REST API design
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Jenkins or other automation servers is a plus
- Proficiency with GIT and version control best practices
- Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2022+, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ
