What you’ll do:
As a Project Manager in the SAP HR team, you will:
- Define project scope, plan, and staffing while ensuring successful delivery of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS-related projects.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, in alignment with established guidelines and standards.
- Manage resources, budgets, risks, issues, and timelines effectively.
- Utilize project templates, create reports and dashboards, and communicate with stakeholders to align expectations.

Key responsibilities:
- Organize and manage project planning and execution.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks and issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop presentations, reports, and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Your qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resource Management, SAP HCM, SAP Time, and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central and others).
- Proven success in migrating SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central and S4HANA Time.
- Broad functional knowledge of SAP modules is a plus.
- 5-10 years of experience managing medium-to-large IT projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail while maintaining a clear view of the big picture.
- Leadership skills with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
Additional assets:
- Experience in ERP (SAP) and corporate services, application development, IT infrastructure, and RFPs within the public sector.
- Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
- Multilingual proficiency: Dutch, French, and English.
