Technical Skills Required:

Senior IT Risk & Business Security Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned IT Risk & Business Security Consultant to join our growing security and workplace services team. This strategic role blends business security leadership with hands-on risk management across modern collaboration platforms (e.g. M365), cloud services, and third-party ecosystems. You will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure digital workplace while aligning with regulatory frameworks and business needs.


Your Mission
As a senior consultant, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of security experts, ensuring thorough risk assessments across business initiatives and third-party engagements (vendors, outsourcing, distribution).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing risk-based security guidance and fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders across Procurement, Transformation, Data/AI, Legal, and IT.
  • Own and optimize security tools and processes within the business security domain, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards.
  • Manage and report on risk issues identified by internal and external audits, ensuring timely mitigation and alignment with frameworks such as DORA, ISO27K, GDPR, and EBA.
  • Support the Product Manager and IT Area Lead in maintaining a secure and compliant M365 environment, including SaaS and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT Security and Cyber teams to implement and monitor security controls and compliance policies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent documentation of security processes, controls, and evidence for internal and regulatory reporting.

Your Profile
You are a proactive leader with:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Risk, Security Management, or related roles in multinational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (DORA, ISO27K, GDPR, EBA).
  • Experience managing complex hybrid platforms (e.g. M365) and understanding of outsourcing models across operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
  • Ability to engage with both senior management and technical teams, translating risks into actionable plans.
  • A collaborative mindset, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex business scenarios.
