Role Description:

We are currently actively looking a Digital Success Managers (DSMs) to provide direct support to partner nonprofit organizations (NPOs) during the integration of our program into their employability and inclusion programs.  The general mission of a Digital Success Manager includes but not limited to enabling NPO partners on platform use and adoption of digital/blended learning approach, preparing end-users for digital learning experience (motivation, coaching, best practices),  being single point of contact for support and feedback, managing of training projects and contests,  community building, and creation of adoption play book.

DSMs should also have employment and job market background, understanding how to upskill and train candidates for jobs, as well as the regional job market demand to help the partner NPOs identify the appropriate key competencies and training needed for successful employment.  

Individuals who would like to enhance their careers and interested in employment, corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and digital ecosystem development are strongly encouraged to apply. Skills and Competencies needed:

The context

The client plans to retire there existing Onprem data centre and move their applications and IT infrastructure to the Cloud. To support this cloud-first strategy, there is a requirement to develop a Cloud Operating Model which will cover Organisation, People, Processes and Technology and define a set of high-level guiding principles on its use.


Your Primary Tasks

• Create the scope and plan for developing the Cloud Operating Model the client wants. • Working with the senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and the organisational and departmental strategy. Developing an effective target cloud operating model (TOM) to support them and ensure the work's scope and approach solves the business's current challenges across Organisation, People, Processes and Technology.

• Working closely with both the business and technology teams to ensure the cloud operating model is aligned to the target Technology and Business (TOMs). • Collect and provide insights based on industry trends and use them to inform the new, more innovative cloud operating model's development.

• Create clear, agreed upon, practical actions for the next steps of implementing the target cloud operating model and turn it over to the appropriate project manager for implementation.


Are you the candidate we are looking for?

• Relevant experience developing similar target cloud operating models.

As an Application Owner, you will be responsible for performing advanced research on identified problems to discover the root causes, define and implement a solution, while aligning yourself with your colleagues in the Change department. If necessary, you may identify and involve other stakeholders in the definition of a solution and its implementation;

Essentially, the Application Owner maintains an overview of the actions that have an impact on the applications (backlog shared with the Change team).

What will be your challenges?

  • You have the main responsibility for application stability: monitoring, managing, analyzing, testing and controlling applications;
  • You will identify application problems (both commercial and technical) based on incidents or malfunctions highlighted by users and you will be responsible for their resolution;
  • You are responsible for small functionality changes, which have a limited and risk-free impact;
  • You define the user stories to be integrated in the backlog shared with the Change teams;
  • You will work closely with Change analysts and developers working in the same application area;
  • You share the planning and status of current actions with the Change teams on a permanent basis; 
  • You launch requests for adjustments in case of abnormal behavior observed in the application (frequent errors corrected manually or by tedious alternatives), disappointing performance, opportunities for improvement in terms of process planning; 
  • You communicate with management, the department manager and key business users about ongoing analyses and solutions;
  • You ensure the IT development for the user story, while following the same tools and standards as the Change teams;
  • You will test the developed program in order to be able to respond to the desired improvements or adjustments;
  • You promote the code in the different environments (test and acceptance) in coordination with the testers. You initiate and document the necessary Requests for Change (RfC);
  • You maintain the functional and technical documentation of the application, while taking into account the impact of current developments (documentation shared with the 'Change' teams, but also with user support);

Are you the ideal candidate?

Minimum requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Prior experience in application development in one of the following technologies: .NET, Link, 3GL, 4GL, IJX design, Visual Basic, Java etc..; to be able to locate the bug in the application so it can be resolved by the development team
  • Knowledge of Prince II and Agile methodologies. You are open to play an active role in the implementation of the Agile method within the team;
  • Fluency in French and/or Dutch, both written and spoken;
  • Good knowledge of IT delivery for your domain: applications, dependencies, data models, specific programming languages;
  • Helicopter view, analytical mind and ability to synthesize;
  • Ability to evolve alone in a constantly changing environment;
  • Team spirit, creative, initiator and responsible;
  • Desire to constantly progress, passion for continuous learning for oneself, for others and for the organization;
  • Follow the technical evolutions in the sector as well as in the field of analysis and programming techniques.
