Project Manager SAP Implementatie (drietalig: NL/FR/ENG)

Beschrijving: Als Project Manager met ervaring in de implementatie van SAP-projecten, ben je verantwoordelijk voor een of meerdere projecten van initiatie tot afsluiting. Je beheert de levering van de aan jou toegewezen projecten in termen van scope, tijd, budget en kwaliteit. De projecten waaraan je werkt, bevinden zich voornamelijk binnen de domeinen ERP en corporate services, met een sterke focus op SAP FI/CO en FI/CA.

Wat verwachten we van jou? Als hands-on Project Manager, onderdeel van de Project Delivery Services (PDS) afdeling, team Program & Project Management ERP & Corporate Services (ECS):

  • Je helpt bij het beheren van de algemene scope-definitie, planning, staffing en levering tot aan de sluiting van de SAP/ERP (of andere IT-gerelateerde) projecten op tijd, binnen budget en in overeenstemming met de richtlijnen en standaarden zoals gedefinieerd door de PDS PMO (B-PM²).
  • Je toont echt teamleiderschap in je projectmanagementrol terwijl je het projectteam begeleidt naar de levering. Je kunt de expertise binnen het projectteam benutten door empowerment en het bieden van een duidelijk projectkader op een agile manier.
  • Je biedt begeleiding en ondersteuning aan de teamleiders en Portfoliomanagers bij het dagelijkse beheer van hun project en de coördinatie van de teams.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede projectorganisatie en assisteert bij administratieve taken:
    • Resource Planning beheren
    • Projectprestaties en voortgang monitoren
    • Budget & planning beheren
    • Risico's & issues beheren
    • Projecttemplates en standaarden gebruiken
    • Presentaties, rapporten en dashboards maken
    • Communiceren met projectstakeholders om verwachtingen te beheren

Wat zoeken wij? Een toegewijde en hands-on projectleider met de volgende ervaring en/of competenties:

  • Een positieve en constructieve houding, zowel als teamspeler als in het ondersteunen van het positieve imago van ons bedrijf.
  • Duidelijke communicatievaardigheden, zowel naar boven als naar beneden in de organisatie, met het vermogen om kerninformatie van details te scheiden en beknopte boodschappen te definiëren.
  • Ervaring in projectmanagement en teamleiderschap.
  • Onderhandelingsvaardigheden op verschillende niveaus binnen het bedrijf, het sluiten van discussies om tot conclusies te komen en het omgaan met conflicten.
  • Hands-on ervaring met SAP-implementatie van ontwerp tot uitrol.
  • Kennis van financiële processen en verandermanagement.
  • Ervaring in een of meer van de volgende functionele domeinen: financiële controle, financiële contractadministratie, S4HANA.
  • Brede functionele kennis van verschillende SAP-modules en -domeinen is een pluspunt.
  • Bij voorkeur tussen 10-15 jaar relevante ervaring als Project Manager binnen IT-omgevingen met de levering van middelgrote of grote projecten in termen van scope, tijd, budget en kwaliteit.
  • Kennis van projectmanagementmethodologieën, zoals PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 of AGILE-benaderingen.
  • Zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Hoge analytische vaardigheden met oog voor details zonder het totaalbeeld te missen.

Ervaring in een van de volgende domeinen wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd:

  • ERP (SAP) en Corporate Services
  • Applicatieontwikkeling (web, mobiel)
  • Aanbestedingen binnen de publieke sector

Overview: Within the Business Service Management (BSM) team of our Operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining the transition, operations, and continuous improvement of service levels and KPIs for Security services within the organization, including its subsidiaries. Your role is crucial in adequately protecting the company's resources.

Responsibilities:

  1. Governance, Policies & Access:

    • Manage the relationship with Business with a strong focus on demand management (availability, recovery, and failure prevention).
    • Ensure information is visible or disclosed only to those with the necessary clearance and right to know.
    • Maintain the integrity of information/data, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and protected against unauthorized modification.
    • Ensure business transactions and information exchanges between enterprises or partners are trustworthy.
  2. Coordination & Management:

    • Oversee operational service coordination and control of all programs and initiatives within the BSM, collaborating with CISO teams and suppliers (priorities, budgets, people management).
    • Align with the Cyber- & Information Security Office and other departments, such as Data Protection, IT Risk Management, and Cybersecurity Management, regarding priorities, interactions, and improvement initiatives.
    • Cooperate closely with IT PMO and other IT departments to align processes with existing IT and ITIL processes.
  3. Reporting:

    • Provide monthly program management reports within BSM and to Operations and Business units regarding IT security programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management.
  • Solid experience in managing third parties and vendors.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to communicate IT Domain-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate business goals, requirements, and issues into technical and service specifications.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
