Responsabilities        

• During the project initiation phase, understand and help the project manager to list all business requirements for inclusion in the business case 
• Identify the business (Key Users and others) and IT stakeholders to be involved in the requirements gathering.
• Formalize the business processes / capabilities that will evolve as part of the project. Advise and guide the Business if necessary.
• In collaboration with the functional analyst, define and document the requirements – Business, Functional, Non-functional – using elicitation techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, focus groups, etc. Formalize them in a way that facilitates translation into features and user stories.
• Ensuring that the requirements are well understood, taken into account and implemented by the business analysts and developers.
• Obtaining the necessary validations and baselining the requirements
• Contribute to the definition of the project backlog (features) and the breakdown of each of the project's features into user stories.
• For each iteration during the project execution phase:
  • Contribute to deepening the functional analysis if necessary.
  • Follow up, fully document and communicate the changes made to the requirements.
  • Refine the user stories (Definition of Ready and Definition of done)

Acceptance tests:

• Contribute to the definition of the test strategy by providing input for acceptance testing in the initiation phase / Project Plan.

-For each iteration during the execution phase of the project:

• Define the acceptance test plans and scenarios in alignment with the Key User Business and the Test Lead.
• Assist the Key Users Business in the acceptance testing phases, ensure the follow-up and the associated reporting.
• Participate in the production launch (validation before the actual deployment)

Change management:

-Develop user communication and training material, with the active contribution of Key Users and functional analysts.

• Ensure the communication and training "trainers" to the key users for each production release.
• Ensure the handover to the Run teams by preparing the documentation and training the user support teams before each release.

Profile

• You have a university degree, at least two years experience as a business analyst, and have experience in the field of business intelligence, either functional or technical. A good knowledge of data modelling is certainly a plus.
• You ideally have knowledge of the following technologies: SAS DI, SAS EG, SAS Viya, SAS DDS for Insurance
• You have good conceptual and analytical skills and are able to apply theory and concepts to practical situations. Your good communication skills and active listening skills enable you to facilitate collaboration and build trust, thereby gaining the support of the different parties involved.
• You are driven by a desire to bring value to your stakeholders.
• You are constructive and pragmatic in solving problems and are results-oriented.
• You are able to work independently but are also able to work in a collaborative manner within a cross-functional organisation.
• You are French or Dutch speaking with an active knowledge of English and the other national language.
