Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on technical feasibility, and document requirements.
- Solution Design: Develop IT solutions that meet business needs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Assess the financial impact of proposed solutions to ensure they are both practical and valuable.
- Solution Implementation: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams and ensure quality delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee IT projects from start to finish, making sure they align with requirements and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear, effective communication.
- Documentation: Create and maintain functional documentation to support ongoing system operations.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to users on new systems and processes.
Technical Skills:
- MS Dynamics 365: Deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365, especially the CRM and HR modules.
- System Interfaces: Experience working in complex application environments with interconnected systems.
- Project Management: Familiar with project management principles and best practices.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
