Kernactiviteiten

Programma Planning en Beheer:

  • Ontwikkelen en beheren van het programmaplan, inclusief beperkingen, risico’s, afhankelijkheden, prioriteiten, budgetten en succescriteria, in samenwerking met de klant.
  • Opbouwen van een netwerk met de klant om ervoor te zorgen dat het programma de nodige aandacht en ondersteuning krijgt.
  • Uitwerken van korte-, middellange- en langetermijnplannen die passen binnen de businessdoelen.

Programma Initiatie & Coördinatie:

  • Toezien op de planning en het budget van het programma en hierover communiceren met stakeholders en projectmanagers.
  • Projectmanagers ondersteunen bij de taakinschatting, budgettering en overdracht naar support voor de verschillende projecten binnen het programma.
  • Coördineren van de programmaplanning op basis van de onderliggende projecten en vaststellen van de programmagovernance.

Programma Governance:

  • Gestructureerd en regelmatig communiceren over de voortgang van het programma en onderliggende projecten.
  • Samen met projectmanagers risico’s en problemen beheren en tijdig escaleren naar stakeholders en klant wanneer nodig.
  • Nieuwe wijzigingsaanvragen opvolgen en goedkeuring verkrijgen via het stuurcomité, rekening houdend met de relaties tussen projecten.
  • PMO-procedures volgen, audits ondersteunen, en het programma-budget monitoren en coördineren.

Communicatie:

  • Transparante en ondersteunende relaties opbouwen met de klant en IT, en de business- en directielaag op de hoogte houden van programma- en projectvoortgang.
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met de Business Area Lead en maandelijkse rapportage over kosten, inspanning en voortgang van het programma verzorgen.
  • Leiding geven aan programma stuurcomité-vergaderingen en relaties met direct en indirect betrokken stakeholders bevorderen.

Programma Afsluiting:

  • Uitvoeren van een “program closing” meeting met klant en projectteams, met behulp van een eindrapport.
  • Toezien op de overdracht naar Operations en waarborgen dat projectdocumentatie en training zijn afgerond.

Teamleiderschap:

  • Opstellen van een gecoördineerde capaciteitsplanning en een professionele werkomgeving creëren binnen de programma- en projectteams.
  • Conflicten tussen stakeholders aanpakken en anticiperen op de behoefte aan resources.
  • Projectmanagers begeleiden om doelen te behalen, het projectmanagementteam aansturen, en gebruik maken van ITBM als “single source of truth.”

Kennismanagement:

  • Up-to-date blijven met ontwikkelingen in de IT-markt en jaarlijks bijscholen in project-/programmanagement en soft skills.

Criteria

Kennis en Complexiteit:

  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
