We are seeking a Functional & Business Analyst specializing in SAP HR to join our ERP team. You will report directly to the ERP Team Manager and be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Analysis: Gather and understand requirements from business stakeholders, defining and clarifying functional needs while considering technical and organizational specifics.
Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Monitor technical aspects and report any incidents or issues.
Functional and Technical Translation: Convert business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Utilize tools such as BPMN diagrams to model processes.
Challenging the Business: Employ a critical mindset to question and refine business requests, ensuring optimal solutions. Explain the implications of decisions related to budgets, regulations (e.g., GDPR), and impacts on material and warehouse management.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents related to applications, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions. Participate in testing phases to ensure deliverables align with business expectations.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date reference documentation and develop testing plans to supervise quality control and deployment.
Required Skills:
Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Proficiency in analysis and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, technical diagrams).
Experience in SAP environments, particularly in modules relevant to this role.
Ability to manage regulatory compliance and budget considerations.
Professional Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional analyst and a background in business analysis.
A relevant educational background in human resources or IT (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience).
A strong interest in HR systems and applications, with a willingness to develop SAP skills further.
Fluency in one of the national languages (NL or FR) and a passive understanding of the other and English. Knowledge of the energy sector and S/4HANA is a plus.

As a Functional/Technical Analyst SAP MM & WM, you will:
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all requests and incidents related to the SAP modules for the Logistics and Procurement departments
Analyze, estimate workload and costs for changes

Assess the impact of changes on the existing system
