  • Je hebt 3 à 6 jaar ervaring als .Net Developer in een project gedreven omgeving: C#, .Net (Core), ASP.NET Core, MVC, Blazor, jQuery, javascript, HTML, CSS, SSH, SSL, Azure DevOps en andere Azure technologieën, enz. – deze zijn jouw zeer vertrouwd samen met nog andere technologieën.
  • Je hebt zeer goeie kennis van diverse Azure technologieën zoals: Azure Service bus, Azure Logicapps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Functions
  • Je hebt zeer goede kennis in zowel het Nederlands én het Engels

    Your Responsibilities:

    As an IT Business Consultant, your primary goal will be to develop our client portfolio while identifying top talent with the support of Experis’ recruitment team. Your focus will be on contract staffing, specifically freelancers and consultants, while also managing and expanding existing client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively identify and approach new clients, building strong and lasting relationships.

    • Conduct in-depth analyses of clients’ recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

    • Set recruitment priorities and guide the recruitment team effectively.

    • Present shortlisted candidates to clients, offering strategic recommendations.

    • Support and advise both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    • Maintain regular communication with clients and consultants under contract to ensure a seamless experience.

    • Prepare and negotiate contract terms to successfully close deals.

    Your Profile:

    Technical Skills:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).

    • Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales, ideally in the IT sector.

    • Basic understanding or strong interest in information technology.

    • Fluent in French or Dutch, with strong proficiency in English. Passive knowledge of the other national language is a plus.

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Team player with a diplomatic and empathetic approach.

    • Customer and candidate-oriented mindset with a strong service focus.

    • Analytical thinker with great organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

    • Results-driven and solution-oriented approach.

    • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
