As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes and translating internal customers’ needs into functional specifications and design. You ensure that applications function, perform and are secure, and that they integrate seamlessly with existing IT systems. Mission
As an IT Support Technician (Level 1 & 2), you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users across multiple sites. You will handle hardware and software issues, manage device deployment, and ensure smooth operations of IT systems. You will also contribute to the configuration and maintenance of modern workplace tools, with a focus on Intune and Autopilot.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users (on-site and remote).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
Maintain and update user profiles and device policies in Intune.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup, access rights, etc.).
