Le service achats-inventaire de notre client se concentre sur quatre axes principaux :
Gestion de l'inventaire informatique, avec plus de 5 000 mouvements par an.
Élaboration, suivi et mise à jour d'un plan annuel d'équipement pour répondre aux besoins en biens matériels et immatériels informatiques des services clients, incluant la fourniture et l'installation coordonnées avec les équipes d'exploitation.
Suivi des demandes de biens informatiques, transformation en commandes et suivi des livraisons, avec plus de 1 500 commandes par an.
Gestion du cadre juridique pour l'acquisition et la maintenance des biens informatiques.
La mission consiste à renforcer le service en assurant les activités suivantes, notamment dans le domaine spécifique des licences logicielles existantes de notre client :
• Identifier les besoins des utilisateurs, traduire en cahier des charges et sélectionner les fournisseurs. • Tenir l'inventaire des contrats/marchés et assurer leur suivi et renouvellement. • Assurer le suivi des bons de commande et livraisons. • Gérer un catalogue client de fournitures et services transversaux. • Contribuer à la gestion des licences et autres actifs informatiques, y compris l'inventaire patrimonial, la maintenance, le renouvellement des équipements, la prévision des dépenses, etc. • Définir, documenter, gérer et optimiser les processus de commandes. • Définir les SLA (accords de niveau de service) et mesurer leur exécution. • Assurer le suivi de la relation avec les fournisseurs et les clients. • Développer une approche orientée client et résultats, en respectant les règles et processus internes.
Il est nécessaire d'établir des liens avec différents départements de notre client, la cellule juridique, les responsables informatiques, les utilisateurs, la direction des achats, l'Inspection des Finances, les fournisseurs et les éditeurs. En outre, il faut rapporter régulièrement aux responsables de la cellule et du pôle ainsi qu'aux utilisateurs des licences, et documenter et mettre à jour les processus et procédures.
