  • The optimization of the IT costs of the Brussels region through reduction of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
  • The optimization of the workload
  • Optimization of demand management
  • Modernization of the regional IT in order to meet future demand in a flexible, scalable, competitive, secure and sustainable way

The present mission order therefore consists in calling upon:

A Project Manager who, in direct line with the project sponsor and the program unit, will

Les centrales d’appels d’urgence sont une ligne de vie pour tous les citoyens car elles réceptionnent les appels vitaux et dispatchent les moyens nécessaires. Les Systèmes d’Information Géographique (SIG) constituent un outil fondamental dans l’appui des missions critiques des services de secours et de sécurité.

 

En tant que Project Manager SIG:

 

  • Vous êtes chargé de maintenir et faire évoluer les SIG des centrales d’appels d’urgence (ambulance, pompier et police).
  • Vous êtes chargé de la gestion de projets de développement de nouveaux services, de leurs évolutions, ainsi que de la gestion de la qualité et de la capacité de ceux-ci.

En tant que System Engineer vous êtes responsable de l'élaboration technique, de la planification et de la maintenance de l'infrastructure de point de terminaison afin d'assurer la continuité et l'efficacité de l'infrastructure de point de terminaison, qui répond aux besoins de l'organisation , y compris ses filiales.

Responsabilités:

Vous êtes responsable à gérer l’infrastructure back-end et endpoint :

  • Comme System Engineer vous évaluez l’environnement de l’infrastructure back-end et endpoint (asset management, software distribution, security, patch management, remote control, mobile devices, printers, MFP’s…) et vous faites des ajustements et des extensions et des propositions d’amélioration ;
  • Vous menez des études de faisabilité et vous évaluez les diverses solutions logicielles et matérielles susceptibles de répondre aux besoins de l’infrastructure ;
  • Vous informez et accompagnez les utilisateurs de l’infrastructure en vue de permettre une utilisation optimale et efficace des systèmes ;
  • Vous élaborez la conception technique conformément aux exigences architecturales spécifiques ;
  • Vous effectuez les ajustements, mises à niveau et extensions des logiciels et du matériel pour disposer en permanence des techniques et des possibilités qui répondent le mieux aux besoins des utilisateurs, en vue de réaliser de nouveaux projets ou d'étendre des systèmes existants ;
  • Vous fournissez le support et la maintenance nécessaires à l’infrastructure B-IT conformément à la méthode ITIL.
  • Vous avez un rôle consultatif et vous donnez des conseils techniques et des informations aux clients internes et externes.
  • Vous portez un regard critique sur les améliorations possibles des procédures et méthodes de travail au sein des projets et de son département.
  • Vous faites office de référent dans votre domaine d’expertise.
  • Vous entretenez activement vos connaissances et vous partagez celles-ci ainsi que votre expérience au sein de votre domaine d’expertise avec vos collègues.
  • Vous développez et vous mettez à jour la documentation disponible.

Exigences

  • Niveau master ou équivalent par expérience
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
  • Connaissance d'Active Directory (compréhension/mise en place/maintenance de domaines, arbres, forêts, trusts, groupes, utilisateurs, OU, sites, etc.), LDAP et GPO
  • Connaissance en Mobile Device Management (Intune, Knox)
  • Connaissance de la suite Office (Office 365), dont les outils collaboratifs (Exchange/Outlook, Teams et SharePoint)
  • Une certification Microsoft (MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, MCTS, MCP,…) est un 'must'
  • Connaissance de base du réseau TCP/IP, du routage, des VLAN, du DNS, du DHCP
  • Bonne connaissance de l'anglais et du français ou néerlandais avec une connaissance de base de la deuxième langue nationale 
  • De préférence connaissance d'infrastructure Stack (OS, virtualisatie, imaging, deployment, scripting et management toolset) sur base des technologies Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android et IOS

Le réseau  permet aux services de police, d’incendie et de secours de communiquer rapidement et en toute sécurité. Dans chaque province, le réseau numérique est complété d’un dispatching intégré.

 

 

La fonction

Le département Operational Efficiency fait partie de l'entité Customer Services & Operations et compte six collaborateurs répartis en deux équipes (Mobile Communication et Public Safety Answering Points).

La société est à la recherche d’un collaborateur pour l'équipe "Mobile Communication".

 

En tant que Operational Efficiency Engineer vous êtes chargé des tâches suivantes :

  • Vous garantirez que les services  sont opérés et délivrés conformément aux SLA (fonctionnalités, performances, disponibilité, …) ;
  • Vous gérez des problèmes (Framework ITIL) en coopération avec les Service Towers (Mobile Communication et Public Safety Answering Points). Ceci porte tant sur l'analyse, sur la recherche de solutions techniques en collaboration avec les différents fournisseurs que sur le pilotage de l'installation des correctifs dans l'environnement de production.
  • Vous validez des nouveaux produits et services présentés par les Service Towers (Release Management) afin de garantir l'intégrité et le bon fonctionnement de l'environnement de production ;
  • Vous identifiez et traitez d'initiatives visant à améliorer la qualité de services et l'efficience des opérations ;
  • Vous analysez et/ou créez les différents reporting concernant les niveaux de service et les opérations, et vous faites des propositions sur des pistes d'amélioration.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes en possession d'un diplôme d’enseignement supérieur à orientation technique.
  • Vous disposez d'un solide background technique et plus spécifiquement de solides connaissances des environnements "Telecom" et des technologies suivantes :
    • TETRA ; –
    • Paging ;-
    • Autres technologies mobiles (GSM, 3G/4G, …) ;
    • Radio-fréquences, …  
    • Réseau de transmission, liens micro-waves;
    • Couverture radio en milieu ouverte et en milieu confiné.
  • Vous êtes familier avec les processus ITIL; une certification est considérée comme un atout.
  • Vous maitrisez la définition de KPI's y compris la production de rapports en cette matière.
  • Vous maîtrisez les produits MS-Office.
  • Vous êtes en mesure de suivre des réunions au cours desquelles on parle l'autre langue nationale. Vous possédez au moins des connaissances orales d'anglais technique.
