Position            

The User Support is responsible for assisting users of the applications delivered by the Technology department and offering them application advice adapted to their context.

  • You will oversee monitoring and following up intensively on the management of tickets to respect the SLAs with the business colleagues with BI reporting.

  • When taking over a new application (or major update), the user support must obtain the necessary validations and the organisational prerequisites are respected.

  • Ensure the handover process in application delivery and production with the Run teams and communicate across the business.
  • Maintains the application documentation, considering the impact of current developments (documentation for use by the User Support teams and users)
  • Ensures post-production application support (after-care) to guarantee an increase in competence and an optimal transfer to the Run teams.
  • Carry out minor functionality changes with limited impact and risk and configuration actions that do not require development, based on procedures and documentation provided by the Maintenance team.
  • Transfer other types of change requests to the Maintenance team.
  • The spirit of synthesis and rigor are qualities that are inseparable from the analysis and conceptualization phases. In addition to this, a quality of empathy with the future users is required, allowing the development of a truly functional process.

 

Incident management:

  • By virtue of its position as an application contact point, provides a level of assistance for application malfunctions that are communicated to it by the External Helpdesk or directly by users.
  • Carries out a rapid but complete analysis of these malfunctions and identifies application anomalies.
  • Qualifies incidents and, based on information from the knowledge base, resolves them.
  • If necessary, transfers them to a higher level of support.
  • Manage major P1 incidents as part of the crisis process a-z

 

Training:

  • Contributes to the writing of user documentation: quick start guide, development of FAQ, procedure and/or troubleshooting articles
  • With the Business Analyst, produces training materials and co-delivers specific training following projects with communication and pedagogical skills that are necessary during the training phases of the various employees who will use the new functionalities.
  • Identifies specific training needs based on interactions with users and initiates training campaigns in agreement with his/her management

 

Skills and experience related to the role

  • Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience in user application support.
  • Experience in the financial sector (banking and/or insurance) is an asset.
  • You speak Dutch and/or French with a basic knowledge of the other language. You have a good level in English.

Infrastructure Cloud Architect / System Engineer (m/f)

Position    

You will join the System Engineer (SE) team of the infrastructure department, as Technical Lead (Architect & SE) and bring your expertise in a context of rapid evolution – Cloud consolidation (from hybrid-multi-cloud to AZURE). You will report to the Head of the Infrastructure department.

Key roles, tasks and responsibilities:

– Integrate the Cloud Competence Center of the Infrastructure team to bring your expertise and contribute to its maturity through your experience.

– Microsoft Azure Engineer.
o Implement, maintain and operate environments on Microsoft Azure.
o Implement security hardening solutions.
o Supervise the technical activities of the external partner in charge of Azure Managed Services.
o Provide analysis and recommendations.
o Develop agreed solutions and implement new systems.
o Resolve problems and incidents. 
o Work on knowledge transfer.

– Microsoft Cloud Architect.
o Be the link, the bi-directional drive between the architects and the Infrastructure ES.
o Be the SPOC between the Infrastructure team and its external partners for AZURE architecture issues.
o Provide analysis and recommendations.
o Propose solutions and evolutions.
o Develop these solutions to implement new systems.

Profile

– University degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role or equivalent projects.
– Proven experience in Datacenters, Cloud infrastructures (Azure in particular) is required.
– Certifications required:
o Microsoft Certified Solution Expert: Office 365
o Microsoft Certified Solution Expert: Cloud & Platform infrastructure. 
o Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator. 
– Very good written and oral expression – in French or Dutch – and English, in his/her field of expertise. Ability in all 3 languages is of course preferred.
– Analytical, with a high focus on quality and "customer service and satisfaction".
– Proactive and resourceful, solution-oriented.
– Structured and flexible.
– Good communication skills.
– Team player.
– Ability to catalyze a group, taking on the role of coach is a plus.

Datawarehouse Engineer

Contrat permanent (CDI) temps plein

Lieu de travail : Bruxelles

Principales tâches et responsabilités :

1) Définir un projet de S.I. décisionnel et/ou Big Data :

– Concevoir une solution d’environnement d’aide à la décision après avoir mis en place des réunions/workshops (systèmes sources, équipes de production, utilisateurs) afin de définir clairement les besoins et les contraintes des différents acteurs ;

– Planifier et estimer le coût du projet dans son ensemble ;

– Coordonner les différents acteurs (utilisateurs, responsable métiers, équipes informatiques…) afin de définir le cadre du projet ;

– Définir les choix techniques en termes de produit en fonction du S.I. existant.

2) Concevoir l’architecture du Datawarehouse (DWH)

– Concevoir l’architecture du Datawarehouse décisionnel ;

– Définir les solutions de stockage et la structuration des données au sein d’un modèle ;

– Déterminer les outils d’acquisition de données depuis un ensemble de bases fonctionnellement et techniquement hétérogènes ;

– Déployer des outils d’extraction de données, en recherchant la pérennité, la fiabilité et l'évolutivité de ces outils ;

– Etudier et mettre en place les meilleures solutions techniques pour gérer les volumes importants de données ;

– Rédiger des règles (guidelines) pour la bonne mise en œuvre des technologies ETL (Extract Transform Loading) ;

– Développer et maintenir les ETL nécessaires ;

– Réaliser les tests et recettes techniques pour vérifier l’alimentation et la cohérence des données ;

– Examiner et valider les données métiers au fur et à mesure de leur collecte ;

– Superviser le déploiement des données dans le Datawarehouse ;

– Développer des politiques et des procédures pour la collecte et l’analyse de données ;

– Créer ou découvrir de nouveaux programmes d’acquisition et de traitement de données.

3) Configurer des outils d’analyse et de reporting :

– Recueillir et définir les besoins des utilisateurs ;

– Rédiger les cahiers des charges formalisant les besoins des métiers et les spécifications fonctionnelles ;

– Organiser les réunions de validation et hiérarchiser les besoins (besoins communs, spécifiques, degré d'urgence, etc.) ;

– Définir les règles d'utilisation des technologies décisionnelles (use cases, arbres de décision, etc.) ;

– Exploiter et valoriser des données, en utilisant des techniques statistiques ou des algorithmes (Big Data) ;

– Concevoir et calculer les indicateurs (en construisant des tables de type datamart) ;

– Intégrer les nouvelles données dans le reporting existant ;

– Réaliser la recette technique et fonctionnelle de ces outils.

4) Restituer des données et former les utilisateurs :

– Analyser la cohérence et la qualité des données ;

– Développer les « univers » et les rapports ;

– Définir des outils de reporting dynamique (OLAP, bases multidimensionnelles) ;

– Présenter les données selon les besoins de l’utilisateur ;

– Assurer la formation des utilisateurs à l’utilisation des outils décisionnels.

Master / licence dans une discipline en rapport avec la fonction

Expérience professionnelle :

Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire

Compétences techniques :

– Très bonne connaissance et expérience démontrée en BI

– Bonne maîtrise d’une ou plusieurs modélisations de schéma BI : Fact Tables & Dimensions Tables, Multidimensional Star, Kimball, Data Vault, etc…

– Bonne maîtrise du langage SQL (Microsoft T-SQL ou Oracle PL/SQL), des bases de données relationnelles, des outils de data management et du Business Intelligence permettant de résoudre des problèmes et d’émettre des recommandations

– Bonne connaissance pratique d’un ou plusieurs des outils suivants :

1) ETL : Cognos Data Manager, SQL Servicer Integration Services, TimeXtender, Qlik Data Integrator

2) Cube : Cognos, MS SQL Analysis Server

3) Reporting : MS Power BI, Cognos Analytics, Qlikview, Qliksense, NPrinting

4) Microsoft Azure

Compétences linguistiques :

– Excellente maîtrise à l’oral et écrit du français

– Bonne connaissance du néerlandais ou volonté d’acquérir ce niveau, grâce notamment à des cours organisés en interne sur le temps de travail
