IT Support Officer (DUTCH + FRENCH)

Your Role

As an IT Support Officer, you will:
✔ Provide fast and efficient IT support (via phone, remote access, and on-site) to ensure high customer satisfaction
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve reported IT issues while escalating complex or urgent problems to the appropriate teams
✔ Monitor and follow up on IT issues related to hardware, software, and networks
✔ Assist colleagues with the installation of basic IT solutions (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) and take charge of more complex installations (servers) following established procedures
✔ Support and maintain ITS applications, taking ownership of one or more applications
✔ Document ITS-supported applications and contribute to building a knowledge base

Your Profile

You are the ideal candidate if you have:
✅ At least 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT support role
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (application support), Active Directory (basic support: adding, deleting, modifying users), and networking/firewall principles
✅ Excellent Level 2 Support experience, including ticketing tools and problem-solving beyond scripted solutions
✅ A solid understanding of IT fundamentals (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, and their functions)
✅ The ability to install Windows from A to Z and knowledge of Windows Servers
Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch (or French and English, with Dutch as a strong plus)
✅ Strong time management and prioritization skills
✅ A stress-resistant mindset and a strong team spirit
