We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who would be responsible for coordinating service delivery activities, managing stakeholders and ensuring that agreed service levels are achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service delivery activities
- Monitor SLA and KPI performance
- Coordinate incidents, problems and service improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate suppliers and operational teams
- Prepare service reports and follow-up actions
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency
Profile:
- Experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations or a similar role
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage
- Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is an advantage
