Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Senior ERP Project Manager?

Je zal instaan voor implementatieprojecten die een looptijd hebben van 6 maand t.e.m. 3 jaar met een budget van tussen de €800K tot €4 Miljoen. Je zal deel uitmaken van een multidisciplinair projectteam die bestaan uit o.a. developers, business consultants e.a.

Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het implementeren van een ERP-software (SAP) voor automotive finance, leasing, fleet en mobility management. Het is een end-to-end oplossing die front-, mid- en back-office functies omvat en die steeds kan op maat worden aangepast aan de noden en de behoeften van de klant.  

Wat zal je doen qua taken?

  • Managen van soms 1 of soms meerdere implementatieprojecten. Dat zal afhankelijk zijn van de grootte van de projecten.
  • Samen met je team zal je doelstellingen vastleggen en bereiken, waarbij je de concurrerende eisen voor kwaliteit en scope in evenwicht brengt en dit binnen de voorziene tijd en budget.
  • Zowel intern als ook externe communicatiestromen en rapportage organiseren en beheren.

Soms is het mogelijk dat je deze projectimplementatie combineert met accountmanagement voor live klanten. Dit wil zeggen:

  • Het nemen van product ownership voor wijzigingsverzoeken van klanten
  • Afhandelen van facturatie
  • Bijwonen van klantenevenementen
  • Bespreken van klantproblemen en strategische plannen

Ben jij de Senior ERP Project Manager die wij zoeken?
Must have:

  • Je hebt min. 5 jaar of meer ervaring en ziet jezelf als Senior ERP Project Manager:
    • Je hebt een rijke én recente ervaring (min. 5 jaar of meer) met ERP (SAP) implementaties binnen software
    • Je hebt ervaring met meerjaren projecten (3 à 4 jaar) in combinatie met multi-miljoenen projecten (2 à 3 miljoen of meer)
    • Je hebt een rijke én recente ervaring met het vertalen van de business noden naar het IT-team en omgekeerd.
    • Je hebt ook ervaring én staat open om de volgende taken nog te doen: bv.: kleine configuraties toevoegen, aanspreekpunt zijn voor advies naar nieuwe mensen, budgettenbeheer, …
    • Je ben commercieel ingesteld: prijsonderhandelingen doen met klanten, bv.: indien en klant extra zaken erbij vraagt die niet in het contract staan maak jij de koppeling dat hier tegenover een meerprijs staat, enz.
    • Je hebt ervaring of je bent bereid om in een Agile (scrum) omgeving te werken.
    • Je hebt ervaring met projecten in een Cloud omgeving (Microservices, maar hebben ook hun eigen programma)

 

  • Je bent in het bezit van min. een Bachelor of een Master diploma in IT
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld: bv.: indien een klant extra zaken erbij vraagt voor dezelfde deadline maak jij de klik dat hiervoor een meerkost zal worden voor aangerekend gezien deze extra uren dat de developers dienen te werken eraan ook kosten.
  • Je bezit leiderschap skills: vanuit een helicopterview ben je in staat alles goed te managen en hou je goed in de gaten of dat iedereen van de teams nog op schema ligt, zal je ook scrums organiseren, doe je aan budgetmanagement, …
  • Je bent in staat om sporadisch te reizen indien nodig: 1x/maand of 1x/2 maand – dit voor een paar dagen (max. 3 overnachtingen) voor klanten in België – op termijn is het de bedoeling om dit ook uit te breiden naar het buitenland.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Engels

Nice to have (is een pluspunt, geen must):

  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands
  • Je hebt ervaring in het functioneren in een Scrum (Agile) omgeving.

Our client is embarking on a major business transformation programme and seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to join their dynamic team. The department, consisting of about 60 evolving members, is dedicated to the hand-over, refactoring, or greenfield development of new business applications.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving projects from inception to completion in an Agile environment. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our business applications meet the highest standards and effectively serve our stakeholders' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business and project stakeholders, team managers, and partners.
  • Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis, description, and validation of existing business processes and new functional and non-functional user needs.
  • Requirements Translation: Translate requirements into business solutions through functional analysis and application design.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical team members to validate functional designs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of new functionalities and applications.
  • Documentation: Produce all necessary documentation throughout various project stages.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to refine and validate proposed solutions.
