  • Support the Product Owner in managing the Product Backlog, tracking progress with capacity and velocity metrics, and ensuring the team achieves its Definition of Done (DoD).

  • Identify and resolve impediments that block delivery, maintaining smooth adoption of agile practices.

  • Coach the team and stakeholders on agile values and ways of working, promoting self-organization and team autonomy.

  • Act as a servant leader, encouraging collaboration, openness, and knowledge-sharing.

  • Contribute to alignment across teams by participating in cross-team coordination (e.g., Scrum of Scrums).

  • Report on progress, risks, and challenges to management while promoting continuous improvement.

Language Requirements

  • Knowledge of at least one local language (French or Dutch) is a strong asset.

Education

  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

  • Proficiency with agile collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).

  • Knowledge of automated testing and continuous integration tools is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of project management principles.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.

  • Empathy, active listening, and a supportive coaching mindset.

  • Ability to build trust, foster feedback, and encourage collaboration.

  • Pragmatic and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Servant leadership with the ability to influence and guide without imposing.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
