Experis is seeking a dedicated SAP System Quality Support Specialist to contribute to global SAP projects, focusing on Quality and Batch Management modules. You will act as a key liaison between business needs and IT capabilities, driving the optimization of processes and ensuring sustainability through end-to-end testing. Your role will involve process improvement, training, and providing technical expertise to support both project implementation and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the main SAP System Quality Partner to design and implement lean, efficient processes within the Quality and Batch Management modules.
- Offer quality assurance expertise to improve, standardize, and align processes, including documenting procedures and delivering training to local key users.
- Support incident investigations and implement corrections and system improvements in collaboration with IT and business teams.
- Conduct thorough testing of new system functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Ensure system sustainability, including support for deployment of upgrades and enhancements.
- Foster collaboration by developing communities of practice among key users and stakeholders in the Quality and Batch Management modules.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required.
- Strong expertise in SAP systems, particularly in the Quality Management module (HP ALM knowledge is a plus).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Pharma experience is a must
- Analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture while managing details.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
