Field System Administrator
Location: Brussels and surrounding areas
Languages Required: Dutch AND French
Job Overview:
As a Field System Administrator, you will be a key member of the Field team, responsible for supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure across multiple client sites in and around Brussels. Your primary tasks will involve managing IT environments, conducting hardware rollouts, migrations, deployments, and troubleshooting technical issues directly on client premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Ensure proper tracking of support tickets and incidents.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Provide technical assistance to end users and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to travel across different client sites as needed.
- Fluent in Dutch AND French. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar field role.
- Solution-oriented mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and handle a high volume of information quickly.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
