Project Manager Data & Analytics

As a Project Manager within the Data & Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in realizing this vision by overseeing a variety of projects related to the development and delivery of our data & analytics platforms, data assets, and data products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and communication materials adhering to company standards.
- Prepare and present budget proposals, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Ensure projects adhere to schedule, scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Define and agree upon project scope and deliverables with relevant parties.
- Maintain ongoing communication with business and IT teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, providing regular updates to team leads and stakeholders.
- Possess experience in delivering Data & Analytics projects, including building data platforms, data ingestion, reporting, data science, data exploration, AI/ML, etc.
- Knowledge of the Azure data stack and familiarity with SAP and BW4 is advantageous.
- Understanding of train planning, passenger transport, train maintenance, HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales processes is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Strong understanding of IT and its complexities.
- Experience in delivering projects within the Data & Analytics domain.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of PM² and/or PMBOK preferred; Prince2 qualifications and ITIL Certification are advantageous.
- Ability to facilitate steering committee meetings, project updates, and guide resources.
- Proficient in communication, presentation, and documentation across various levels and audiences.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French, along with English.
- Authorization to work in Belgium is required.
- Capable of working in a hybrid work regime, both remotely and on-site.
