Responsibilities:
As a 360 Business Consultant IT, your primary mission is to oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing new clients to successfully integrating candidates. In essence, you'll be the key to achieving the perfect alignment between clients and candidates. Your focus will predominantly be on permanent staffing.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and approach new clients, nurturing relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' specific recruitment needs and effectively tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Strategically publish job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, including internal databases, social media, and job boards, to source suitable candidates.
  • Screen potential candidates through thorough interviews and assessments.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Offer guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract terms, closing deals effectively.
  • Continuously update and expand candidate databases to ensure a robust talent pool.

Candidate Profile:
Technical Skills:

  • Preferably hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales roles, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Basic understanding or affinity for information technology.
  • Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in English. French is a plus.

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Diplomatic, empathetic, and commercially astute.
  • Customer and candidate-centric mindset with a drive for excellence.
  • Results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
