IT Service Desk Support 1st line for VIP users
Role
Your are the first line user liaison: you receive calls and emails
You record incidents in the Service Management Tool, and make an initial assessment to attempt to resolve them. If you can't, then you assign incidents to dedicated support teams
You provide a dedicated support to VIP users (Deputies for instance)
You manage the incident life cycle, by monitoring progress of incident resolution, closing incidents, and keeping users informed to ensure they are satisfied
You improve the knowledge database, to help your colleagues and the team
Managed switchboard for the 2 committees
Creation of new users accounts and modifications
Telephone fleet management: preparation and distribution of mobile phones, equipment tracking, line creation, etc.
Support for TEAMS migration (removal of physical phones)
Your profile
You are able to speak and write fluently at least English and French, to communicate easily with all users (any additional language is a great asset)
You are experienced and have already worked in a similar position for 1 year
You are familiar with ticketing tools and ITIL guidelines
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
You are familiar with Service Now
You have already worked with Windows 11 & O365

Your Role:
As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will:
Perform in-depth technical analyses of input, output, and processes to design robust solutions.
Leverage your Mainframe expertise (Cobol/DB2/IMS/GTMS/JCL) to develop and support critical applications.
Integrate technologies across distributed systems and mainframe environments, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Apply your knowledge of middleware tools (e.g., MQ, zOS Connect, SOAP) to optimize system interactions.
Work closely with agile squads, contributing to the success of daily banking solutions.
What You Bring:
Experience & Knowledge:
5–7 years of relevant experience in technical analysis and system architecture.
Solid knowledge of development languages and tools in the domain.
Proficiency in hardware, OS, networking, databases, and middleware architecture.
Experience with integration technologies and infrastructure components.
Understanding of security standards, methods, and procedures.
Preferred: Middleware tools (MQ, zOS Connect, SOAP) and integration solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and daily banking products is an advantage.
