Experis is currently looking for trilingual Junior & Medior support engineers with a big passion for IT. Based on your location you will be assigned to one of our clients in Brussels, Mechelen, Antwerp or Ghent area.
– Handling incoming phone calls, tickets and emails with enquiries from internal and external customers and around specific products for professional customers
– Ensuring correct dispatching of an incoming issues to the various technical departments
– Inform the customer about the status of his request and the solution of his incident
Degree & experience:
– technical training in or first experience in IT
Skills:
– Passion for IT
– Eagerness to learn
– Customer oriented
– Clear & efficient communication
– Good knowledge of Dutch, French & English
