What You Will Do
As a Junior IT Project Manager, you will:
- Support the planning and delivery of IT and digital projects
- Coordinate project activities and ensure deadlines are met
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Organize project meetings and follow up on action items
- Track project progress, risks, and issues
- Assist with project documentation and reporting
- Learn and apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
- You recently obtained (or are about to obtain) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT and/or Management field(s).
- Strong interest in technology and digital innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Eager to learn and take ownership
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Fluent in English and Dutch ; French is a plus
