We are strengthening our development team and looking for a Senior .NET Developer to work on new application development and enhance existing applications for real-time traffic management.
Key Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Developer
- Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Visual Studio)
- Proficient in .NET Core
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular 6+, React.js is a plus)
- Strong understanding of design patterns, microservices, .NET MVC, Web API, SQL, and GIT
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
Skills:
- Deep knowledge of .NET web frameworks and popular application frameworks
- Proficient in C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Experience designing database schemas to support business processes
- Skilled in implementing automated testing and unit tests
- Proficient with code versioning (GIT) and Atlassian tools
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Transform storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain clean, reusable code
- Integrate data storage solutions (e.g., databases, key-value stores, blob storage)
- Optimize application performance and resolve bugs
- Maintain high code quality and support automation
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; fluency in French and/or Dutch is a plus
- On-site presence at least 2 days a week
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
