The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, staging, delivery coordination, and returns processing to ensure seamless IT infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain precise inventory records, conduct regular audits, and place timely orders to ensure consistent availability of IT equipment.
- Staging and Configuration: Prepare and configure equipment accurately before dispatch to ensure ready-to-use status upon arrival.
- Delivery Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute punctual equipment deliveries with minimal disruption to end users, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Returns Processing: Handle returns efficiently, adhering to established guidelines and processes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate reliable reports on inventory, logistics processes, and user satisfaction, providing transparency and supporting continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- YOU ARE FLUENT IN DUTCH, FRENCH and ENGLISH
- Experience in logistics coordination, ideally within IT or tech environments.
