Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering SAP HCM & SuccessFactors projects? We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the end-to-end implementation of HRIS solutions. You'll be responsible for guiding projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (or other HRIS) projects, from defining the project scope to closing, adhering to the guidelines and standards set by the PDS PMO (B-PM²).
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and team management, ensuring timelines and budgets are respected.
- Manage risks, address issues proactively, and maintain clear and efficient project documentation.
- Utilize project templates, standards, and tools to deliver reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to set expectations and track project deliverables.
- Support administrative project tasks including resource planning, performance monitoring, and budgeting.

Experience & Skills:
- Expertise in SAP HCM, SAP Time, and SuccessFactors Employee Central, including various modules.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, especially in migrating SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central and S/4HANA Time.
- Broad functional knowledge of different SAP modules is a plus.
- At least 5-10 years of experience managing medium to large IT projects, ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Strong grasp of Project Management methodologies (PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a holistic understanding of project goals.
- Leadership skills that inspire trust, credibility, and a focus on results.
- Additional experience in ERP (SAP), Corporate Services, planning tools, application development (web/mobile), or IT infrastructure is an asset.
- Experience with RFPs in the Public Sector, ServiceNow, and Jira is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
