Key Responsibilities:
As an SAP FICO Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. Your key tasks include:
- Understanding and gathering business requirements.
- Managing functional analysis for application development or modifications within the Finance and Customer departments (primarily SAP).
- Contributing to the development and support of SAP FI-CO, FI-CA, and SD modules by managing:
- Financial and billing processes;
- Maintenance and configuration of FI-CO, FI-CA, and SD modules;
- Interfaces (Mulesoft, Idocs, and web services);
- Master data (customers, vendors, business partners, general ledger accounts, etc.);
- Integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, Arco).
- Estimating workload and costs of modifications.
- Evaluating the impact of changes on existing systems.
- Ensuring continuity of services and solution maintainability.
- Continuously updating reference documentation.
- Preparing test plans, overseeing testing, quality control, and deployment.
- Managing and resolving second-line support incidents.
- Actively participating in projects involving changes to SAP FI-CO, FI-CA, and SD modules.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Hard Skills:
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in maintenance and configuration of SAP FI-CO and/or FI-CA modules (SD experience is a plus).
- Integration experience with other SAP modules (MM, PS, HR, I-SU).
- Debugging skills, with knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA as an advantage.
Language Proficiency:
- French/Dutch: Strong proficiency in one language and good passive understanding of the other.
- English: Good technical language skills, both spoken and written.
