As a Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and understanding business processes, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

Functional Specification Development:
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of specifications.

Solution Design and Documentation:
- Design effective and efficient solutions that align with business goals.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all functional aspects, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality of implemented solutions.
- Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new functionalities.
- Address and resolve any user-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of either French or Dutch.
